A space for performers who want to bring a USB, hit play, and turn it out! This category is non-competitive—a chance to showcase your drag without the pressure of winning, so rustle up your fans and supporters to show them what you got! 4 minutes maximum performance time.
Each month, a themed brief will be released and posted on Instagram & saved into the RUMBLE highlights on Ruby’s page.
Performers in this category will prepare acts based on the challenge, with a focus on growth, creativity, and refining their craft. 4 minutes maximum performance time. This category is competitive and will count toward the evening’s win.
Music submission must be emailed 24 hours before the event to imperial.reservations@universalhotels.com.au with your performer name & ‘Ruby’s Rumble’ in the subject line.

This month, RUMBLE is going double or nothing! Find a partner and bring us a duet performance that leaves the audience wanting more. Your partner can be another drag artist, a friend, a family member, your partner, a first-time makeover contestant- whoever you can drag on in!

Email your track with your performer name & ‘Ruby’s Rumble’ in the subject line to the reservations email (imperial.reservations@universalhotels.com.au) prior to the event. Please aim to submit 24 hours before- if it’s a busy night, we can’t always guarantee there will be space remaining for last minute submissions. Maximum track length is 4 minutes.
